SHIPPING Shipping takes place 1 business day after the order has been completed. This includes verification and payment. Rainbow Computer Systems reserves the right to cancel, or place on HOLD any order that may be of questionable origin.
FRAUD Rainbow Computer Systems checks all orders for fraud. All Orders will be frozen and the customer (yourself) advised of steps required to rectify, and complete the order. Using non-free email address will assist Rainbow Computer Systems in processing your order quickly.
You can help prevent your order from being FROZEN by ensuring the following.
DO NOT use FREE EMAIL accounts in your purchase.
PURCHASE from home, or the location that your credit card is registered to.
Purchasing from a significantly different geographical area will flag your order as requiring further investigation.
PURCHASE using the CVV verification data on the back of your credit card (this is ussually 3-4 digits).
RETURNS All returns must be approved prior to being shipped. Please call us for a RMA number. Please note that all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, and that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Please check your order before accepting it for delivery. |
